Therapy Services at Impressions-Therapy, PLLC

• Individual Therapy Session: $170 for a 53+ minute session

• Diagnostic Assessment (first-time clients only): $200 for a 50-minute session

• Couples & Family Therapy: $190 for a 50-minute session (available with select clinicians; see provider bios for more details)

• Sliding Scale: Available for clients not utilizing insurance. Please reach out to individual therapists to inquire about sliding scale options.

Insurance Information:
Impressions-Therapy, PLLC works with a range of insurance providers, but coverage may differ depending on the therapist’s specific contract terms. Please refer to individual therapist profiles for a list of accepted insurance plans.

We are not in-network with Medicare plans at this time. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to verify if we are an in-network provider for your specific plan.

How to Confirm Insurance Coverage:
To confirm whether Impressions-Therapy, PLLC is in-network with your insurance, please call the number on the back of your insurance card and provide the following information:

• "Hi, I’m calling to verify my mental health coverage. Can you confirm if Impressions-Therapy, PLLC is an in-network provider with my insurance plan? The NPI number for Impressions-Therapy is 1831880103, and the CPT codes used are 90791 and 90837. Additionally, could you provide information about any deductible, copay, or co-insurance for therapy services?"

 

Out-of-Network Options:
If your insurance provider is not listed, Impressions-Therapy, PLLC may still be able to work with you on an out-of-network basis. After each session, you can request a superbill to submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement. We encourage you to confirm your out-of-network benefits with your insurance company before scheduling your first appointment.

Using Out-of-Network Benefits:
If your insurance includes out-of-network benefits, you may pay for your therapy sessions directly and submit a superbill to your insurer for reimbursement. Please reach out to your insurance company with the following questions:

• Do I have out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental health services?

• Is there a deductible I need to meet? What is the deductible amount?

• What is the reimbursement rate for individual therapy sessions?

• How many therapy sessions are covered by my plan?

 

Good Faith Estimate:
Under the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the anticipated cost of non-emergency services, including therapy. This estimate will outline the expected charges for the session and any related services, such as tests or prescriptions.

You can request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services. If the final bill you receive is at least $400 higher than the estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.
